IMPACT nominations run through Oct. 10

It’s election season for the IMPACT Leadership Group Committee, which weighs in on the vision and direction of NAPA’s group for emerging leaders.

Nominations are due Oct. 10.

NAPA staff will review nominations for eligibility before voting opens up for two weeks. Two weeks after the completed elections, the results will be announced.


The IMPACT Leadership Group plays a vital role in building the next generation of leaders for the asphalt pavement industry. Its members provide diverse perspectives and contribute to the advancement of NAPA through recruitment and participation.

What does the IMPACT Leadership Group do?

The purpose of the IMPACT Leadership Group is to build the next generation of leaders for the asphalt pavement industry. The group provides industry education, leadership development training, and networking opportunities to support the personal and professional growth of emerging leaders. Group members serve as the voice of leadership and are responsible for making decisions that are in the best interest of the Association and the asphalt industry.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking individuals who are innovative, motivated, and passionate. The group aims for a balanced and diverse representation. Nominations are open to Producer and Associate members. Those seeking election must submit their information through the nomination form below. 

Term of Service

Newly elected IMPACT Committee members will serve a two-year term, commencing Jan. 1, 2026, and concluding Dec. 31, 2028.

Election Timeline

  • Oct. 10: Nomination deadline.
  • After Oct. 10: NAPA staff will review nominations for eligibility, and then voting will open for two weeks.
  • Within two weeks after voting closes: Election results are announced.

Member engagement helps ensure that highly capable and representative individuals are put forth for election to the IMPACT Leadership Group Committee, strengthening the future of the asphalt industry.
