April 30 webinar continues PCC rehab conversation
Two state agencies will present case studies where they applied techniques to rehabilitate failed concrete pavements during part two of NAPA’s webinar series based on its report, IS-117 Guidelines for Use of Asphalt Overlays to Rehabilitate PCC Pavements.
The webinar, Guidelines for Use of Asphalt Overlays to Rehabilitate PCC Pavements – Part 2 is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET on April 30.
NAPA Vice President, Engineering for Research, & Technology Richard Willis will be joined by New Jersey DOT’s Robert Blight, who will help attendees understand the process New Jersey DOT applied to rehabilitate Interstate 295, and Pennsylvania DOT’s Lydia Peddicord, who will explore how using similar techniques allowed PennDOT to build a thinner pavement structure on State Road 28.
