EPA Toxic Release Inventory info due July 1

Annual TRI Report Due July 1

EPA’s Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) information, if required at your facility, is due July 1.

A cursory review of the EPA’s database indicates that less than 10 percent of all asphalt pavement mix production facilities need to submit. The majority of mix facilities either do not exceed criteria personnel employee counts or such facilities utilize greater than 50 percent of produced mix for their internal paving business.
