NAPA seeks nominees for Associate Member Council

NAPA invites its Associate members interested in taking on leadership roles to run for election in the 2025 Associate Member Council (AMC) elections.
The new slate of leaders will be introduced at NAPA’s Annual Meeting in February 2025.
The AMC plays a pivotal role in strengthening and advancing NAPA by fostering collaborative partnerships between Associate members and other groups within the association. The Council is dedicated to promoting initiatives that enhance the industry’s image, knowledge, and market position. By providing education on industry innovations and trends, the AMC supports the growth and sustainability of the asphalt industry, ensuring a prosperous and resilient future.
If you’d like to run for election, please complete a nomination form by Aug. 30.
The 2025 AMC general election will be held in September to fill four spots on the Council. The terms of Chris Colwell, Kyle Neisen, Kevin Rotondelli, and Matthew Valle are expiring, but all are eligible to run for a second term. Nominations from all Associates at firms in good standing will be accepted.
On Dec. 31, 2024, changes in the AMC officer positions will take place, with Brodie Hutchins stepping in as Chair, Kevin Adams as Vice Chair, and Brit Blacklidge as Immediate Past Chair. The position of Secretary, however, is up for election. NAPA expresses its thanks to Andrea Latham for her dedication and service as she rolls off the Council.
In addition, current AMC members interested in the role of Secretary, may stand for election following the 2025 AMC general election in October. The Secretary is responsible for maintaining records of all Council meetings, ensuring accurate minutes, and overseeing their distribution and approval. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the Council and, subsequently, the entire industry.
