What is the role of an IMPACT member?
IMPACT Leadership Group members serve as the voice of middle managers providing information on the educational opportunities for leadership development and networking that will support the personal and professional growth of emerging leaders. The IMPACT Leadership Group shall consist of twenty-five (25) members, including Officers, with a strict limit of two (2) individuals from any one company eligible to hold a seat concurrently. There are 16 Producer, 5 Associate, and 4 At-Large (either Producer or Associate) seats.
Members serve a 2-year term and may serve twice in a row before they need to roll off for a minimum of 12-months. The members of IMPACT shall elect their officers: Chair, Vice Chair, and a Secretary who serve a one-year term in each office classification. The Chair and Vice Chair must be a Producer member, but the Secretary can be an Associate member.

- Attend and actively participate in Group meetings.
- Identify industry education, leadership development training, and networking opportunities to support the personal and professional growth of emerging leaders in the asphalt pavement industry.
