NAPA delegation meets with Transportation Secretary Duffy

On Tuesday, June 3, NAPA became the first construction materials organization to meet with U.S. Secretary for Transportation Sean Duffy and his team. Gathering at USDOT headquarters, the group discussed the future of the asphalt pavement industry.
“We’re grateful for the opportunity to represent the asphalt pavement industry and advance policies that keep our highway and airfield infrastructure strong, reliable, and safe,” said NAPA President & CEO Audrey Copeland.
”Bringing member voices to the nation’s capital is a critical step in working with partners like USDOT,” Granite Regional Vice President, President of Lehman-Roberts Company, and NAPA Chairman of the Board Pat Nelson said of the event. “Put simply, it’s industry advocacy in action.”
