NAPA member Allan Myers Materials landed six plants on the ENERGY STAR list: two in Delaware, two in Virginia and one each in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Fellow NAPA member The Scruggs Company earned the distinction for its three Georgia plants.

Fred Smith, a Construction Partners Inc. company in North Carolina, placed two of its plants on the ENERGY STAR certified list, as did George Reed in California and King Asphalt in South Carolina. Payne & Dolan’s Waukesha plant also made the list.
Rogers Group, Inc. had two plants recognized for their energy efficiency in Maui as part of a session during the NAPA 2025 Annual Meeting that also celebrated four CRH plants that made up the first half-dozen asphalt mix plants to be ENERGY STAR certified. Rogers Group has since added two more plants to the EPA’s online registry.
Cadillac Asphalt in Michigan, Callanan Industries in New York, Tilcon in Connecticut, and Inland Asphalt were among the CRH companies to be recognized in February. Inland Asphalt has added a second plant to the list.
