Women of Asphalt builds community region by region

Branches of Women of Asphalt have developed in regions across North America to work together to promote career opportunities for women in the asphalt pavement industry, and the national organization’s new website is providing a novel approach toward helping others find their local branch.

Debuting in May, the revamped Women of Asphalt website introduced a new login experience for members as well as an interactive map for site visitors who want to learn more about networks in their geographic region.

WofA launched its new Branch Page to help more women in the asphalt pavement industry to connect with their peers across the state, region, or country. The group also introduced a newly reorganized page identifying local Women of Asphalt Branch leaders, so those interested in getting involved can reach out directly.
