NAPA Annual continues through Thursday

Asphalt pavement professionals are gathered in Scottsdale this week for the NAPA 2026 Annual Meeting.

The multiday event kicked off Monday evening with a networking reception, although committee and board meetings began over the weekend.

The weekend also included the annual golf tournament, which was held at the Stadium Course.

Programming continues Wednesday, with Federal Highway Administrator Sean McMaster and author and founder Sam Demma.  Demma, the best-selling author of Empty Your Backpack, who founded PickWaste, will speak in the morning as part of a schedule change.
