NAPA Annual wraps in Scottsdale

The NAPA 2026 Annual Meeting wrapped up on Thursday morning with committee meetings after attendees spent the better part of the week celebrating the asphalt pavement industry’s achievements and exchanging ideas in Scottsdale, Arizona.
NAPA Chair Jay Lemon took the gavel during the first general session and later, Savannah Bananas Owner Jesse Cole explained his “fans first” approach to creating a new baseball league.

NAPA debuted a new programming format in Member-to-Member Live, featuring multiple speakers delivering story-driven presentations.
Federal Highway (FHWA) Administrator Sean McMaster also spoke and participated in a fireside chat in the first instance of NAPA Annual hosting the head of the agency in recent memory.

Throughout the programming, winners of the Sheldon G. Hayes, Larry H. Lemon, and Ray Brown Airport awards took the stage for their recognition. The event also marked the official announcement of the asphalt paving projects that earned the Quality in Construction (QIC) distinction in 2025.
