NAPA Weekly in Your Inbox Each Tuesday

Our reimagined newsletter is not the ActionNews you’re accustomed to – it’s better.

When we asked what inhibits reader engagement, more than half of our survey respondents said, “I’m too busy.” Yet ActionNews was sometimes packed with 20+ items in one email. We recognized that disconnect and made some changes.

Instead of holding important, timely, or actionable news to a bi-weekly schedule, we’re publishing it on our microsite as it happens, then highlighting top articles in our new weekly newsletter. We’re also limiting that weekly email to a maximum of eight stories. You’ll be able to catch up quickly and link
to the microsite for in-depth reading or to search for other news of interest to you.
Nearly half of survey respondents said ActionNews was highly valued and our open rates exceed industry standards. We aim to serve the industry even better with our new weekly newsletter, while
expanding our audience beyond members to create touchpoints across the industry. Although much content will be open, memberonly content will require readers to log in.

NAPA NEWS IN YOUR INBOX – IN 3 EASY STEPS
We’ve teamed up with Naylor Association Solutions for the distribution and ad sales of NAPA Weekly
as well as our digital magazine and supplements.

To help these emails reach your inbox smoothly, consider adding Naylor as a safe sender to your contacts.

ADD NAYLOR AS A SAFE SENDER
Add the domain NaylorConnect.com to your email provider’s Safe Sender list. In Outlook, locate this
option under Junk > Junk Email Options.

TROUBLESHOOT BLOCKED EMAIL
If your internet service provider’s (ISP) spam filters or firewalls are still blocking email from Naylor,
first make sure you’re on our mailing list. As an additional step, you (or your IT staff) may need to send your ISP a letter asking them to permit the Naylor email domain, explaining that these emails are vital association communications.

OPTIMIZE YOUR VIEWING EXPERIENCE
To enjoy graphics and ads seamlessly, set images to automatically download. In Outlook, navigate
to File > Options > Trust Center. Choose automatic download on the left pane, leaving the top selection
unchecked for images to download automatically.
