hill day offers opportunities

Hill Day offers opportunities to engage on domestic and global issues facing industry.

With the current highway bill’s 2026 expiration date on the horizon, this fall figures to be a major opportunity for NAPA members to make their influence on the national asphalt pavement industry and beyond.

NAPA members will return to Capitol Hill for Hill Day Sept. 17-18 where they will take part in advocacy programming before visiting their Congressional representatives at their DC offices.

In 2024, 317 participants representing 40 states, including members from NAPA, the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA), and the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), participated in 278 meetings on the Hill, including 55 directly with a Member of Congress.
