Member-to-Member Live sophomore session heads to Miami Beach

NAPA’s newest session format will be onstage again this February as Member-to-Member Live makes its return to NAPA Annual Meeting programming.
Introduced last winter, the session format involves multiple speakers presenting informative, eight-minute presentations that all build on a common theme.
If you have a powerful idea, a breakthrough experience, or a vision for the future of the industry that others need to hear – we want to hear from you.
Speaker submissions are due Sept. 30.
Member-to-Member Live will bring a selection of speakers to the NAPA 2027 Annual Meeting stage for informative, 8-minute presentations on a variety of themed topics.

Have you found creative solutions to operational challenges? Advocated for industry improvements? Led a cultural change? Pioneered a new safety protocol?
Your experience can inspire others. Relevant, personal stories are encouraged! Your story could stir change, spark innovation, or help others overcome challenges.

In Scottsdale, Superior Paving Corp.’s David White moderated a session that featured Peckham Industries’ Parker Mills, Atlanta Paving & Concrete Construction’s Mandy Neese, OnStation App’s Patrick Russo, and StoryBuilt Revenue Advisory’s Jeani Ringkob.
An all-new slate of speakers will take the stage during the 2027 NAPA Annual Meeting in Miami Beach set for Feb. 8-11.
We are seeking submissions and speakers from which we can create a dynamic session around connecting themes, which will be determined by the submissions. While you do not need to be a practiced speaker, you should be willing to practice and receive coaching to help you command the stage. We are not seeking podium presentations or technical talks; we are seeking speakers who ignite the audience through delivery and content.
If selected, we ask you to confirm participation within 48 hours of notification. NAPA staff will introduce you to our speaking coach. She’ll provide about 3 months of guidance on developing and rehearsing your talk, including individualized coaching sessions. You’ll receive professional, expert resources and support to help you command the stage. Onsite, you’ll have access to a green room for speaker readiness, a staff point of contact, and access to your coach.
