Notice: email system update

Just like our members, we’re continually innovating and adapting to provide the best quality services.
On Monday, July 21, 2025, we’re updating some backend integrations to improve email service. We’ve refined and tested to reduce impact to you, our members and readers. You shouldn’t notice any difference at all.
But, just in case, we’re letting you know. If something goes awry and you receive unexpected email from us over the next day or two, don’t panic! Please direct any concerns or questions to Bill Rowan, Vice President, Marketing & Communications.
We’re proud to serve you and look forward to improved email efficiency!
A note about email deliverability
NAPA uses three core systems to send email communications: Naylor (NaylorConnect.com and NaylorMarketing.com), HubSpot (Shared.HubSpot.com and HubSpotEmail.net), and Outlook (AsphaltPavement.org). Due to the nature of modern email security, it is good practice to check your junk folder and spam filters to ensure requested messages aren’t trapped. Typically, adding individual senders and email domains to your allowed or safe senders list will ensure you don’t miss out. Here’s how to do this.
