NAPA announces 2026-28 State Advisors

Meet Your Newly Elected NAPA State Advisors!

With elections concluded, NAPA can announce the newly elected State Advisors who will represent their states on the NAPA Advisory Council for the 2026–2028 term. These leaders bring deep industry experience and regional insight to help shape the future of asphalt pavement across the country.

Each State Advisor was elected by producer members in good standing and will serve a three-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2026. Their role is vital in ensuring that state-level perspectives are heard at the national level.

What Does a State Advisor Do?

State Advisors serve as the critical link between NAPA and their state’s asphalt community. Their responsibilities include:

  • Advising and Informing: Offering strategic guidance to NAPA’s Board on industry challenges and opportunities.
  • State Representation: Acting as the voice of their state to influence NAPA initiatives.
  • Advocacy Support: Engaging with elected officials and agencies to support NAPA’s advocacy efforts.
  • Membership Growth: Promoting NAPA programs and helping meet membership goals.

These individuals are selected for their leadership within their state asphalt pavement associations and their commitment to advancing the industry.
