2026 Mentorship Program
Whether you’re looking to grow your career or help develop the next generation of leaders, Women of Asphalt’s Mentorship Program provides meaningful opportunities to learn, connect, and make a lasting impact.
The newly revamped eight-month professional development experience intentionally connects asphalt industry professionals through one-on-one mentoring relationships.
2026 WofA x Caterpillar Paving Scholarship
The WofA Paving Scholarship provides aspiring and emerging asphalt professionals with the opportunity to attend Caterpillar’s Paving Operations Training, one of the industry’s premier hands-on technical education programs.
Designed to remove financial barriers to professional development, the scholarship provides full course tuition and up to $2,000 in travel assistance, helping recipients strengthen their technical knowledge, expand their professional network, and accelerate their careers.
Launched to support workforce development and provide women in the asphalt industry with hands-on technical training opportunities, last year six women from across the country to attend Caterpillar’s Paving Operations Training through the scholarship program.
The initiative reflects a shared commitment by Women of Asphalt and Caterpillar to invest in training, professional development, and career advancement opportunities that strengthen the future asphalt workforce.
