AMC elects six new members

Six Associate Member Council leaders chosen for 2027-2029 term

NAPA announced the election of six new members to the Associate Member Council (AMC) for the 2027-2029 term.

Following a highly competitive election that drew 33 candidates for six open seats, the following individuals were elected by their peers to serve on the Council:

  • Ally Glover, Arkema
  • Tim Kowalski, Wirtgen Group
  • Todd Mansell, Caterpillar Paving Products
  • Jaco van der Merwe, Astec Industries
  • Mark Pentz, Calvin Group
  • Courtney Rice, Owens Corning

These newly elected Council members will begin their three-year terms on January 1, 2027, and will help guide the Council’s efforts to advance member engagement, support industry initiatives, and provide valuable perspectives from NAPA’s community.

The AMC serves as the voice of NAPA’s Associate, providing leadership, industry insight, and guidance on programs and initiatives that support the asphalt pavement industry. The Council also plays an important role in fostering engagement and strengthening connections across the industry.

NAPA extends its sincere appreciation to all candidates who participated in this year’s election process.
