New tool helps NAPA members advocate for highway bill

A new, members-only tool from NAPA is designed to help asphalt industry professionals make the case for the BUILD America 250 Act and a robust, long-term surface transportation bill.

The new Communicating About the Highway Bill resource provides messaging tools and strategies NAPA members can use and personalize when engaging with lawmakers, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

The resource highlights many of the BUILD America 250 Act’s most important provisions and broader themes, including work zone safety, long-term funding certainty, permitting reform, local flexibility, and Highway Trust Fund solvency. It encourages members to connect those priorities to their own companies, projects, employees, and communities, demonstrating why a strong highway bill matters at the local level.

This new communications resource complements NAPA’s growing collection of reauthorization resources, including NAPA’s Highway Bill Tracker, BUILD America 250 Act summary, issue-specific overviews, and other advocacy tools designed to help members understand the bill, follow its progress, and make their voices heard.
