NAPA Annual to connect the industry in Arizona
Asphalt pavement professionals from across the nation will head to Scottsdale, Arizona Jan. 26-29 for to plan, network, and learn through programming aimed at helping the industry thrive in 2026 and beyond.

Members will gather to celebrate the nation’s best road projects through the NAPA Awards program and witness the transition of leadership as the NAPA Board of Directors gavels in a new chair.
A new schedule means the multi-day event officially kicks off on Monday, Jan. 26 with leadership and committee meetings following Sunday’s annual golf tournament.

Jesse Cole, owner of the world-famous Savannah Bananas, will be a featured speaker on Tuesday, Jan. 27, as part of a session that will also include the passing of the gavel to incoming NAPA Board of Directors Chair Jay Lemon. Jesse, founder of Fans First Entertainment, will share with attendees how to break the rules, change the game, and create an unforgettable customer experience.
NAPA will announce the winners of the Sheldon G. Hayes Award, the Ray Brown Airport Award, and the Larry H. Lemon Awards during programming that will also include briefings on federal procurement ahead of the expiration of the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act.

Sam Demma, best-selling author of Empty Your Backpack and founder of PickWaste, will share his passion for helping others create positive change as part of the closing general session on Wednesday, Jan. 28.
