Perpetual Pavement webinar explores alternative base layers

The next installment in the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT) From Research to Implementation webinar series will explore Perpetual Pavements with Alternative Base Layers.

NCAT’s Nathan Moore and Suri Gatiganti, along with Brian Diefenderfer of the Virginia Transportation Research Council (VTRC), will lead a discussion on alternative base layers found within Perpetual Pavements on Thursday, Aug. 21 at 11 a.m. ET.
