NCAT webinar series explores ground tire rubber

The Research to Implementation Webinar Series continues Thursday with an exploration of lessons learned from Alabama’s Scrap Tire Fund.

National Center for Asphalt Technology’s (NCAT) Carolina Rodezno along with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management’s Adam Rhodes look into how the fund is finding use for used tires, as well as the lessons NCAT is learning from implementation across the state.

Ground Tires Used in Asphalt Pavements: Lessons from Alabama’s Scrap Tire Program begins at 11 a.m. ET and will explain how NCAT is supporting the mix, design, construction, and monitoring of projects across Alabama.
